Hi everyone and welcome to my blog!  I am 40+ year old Mom.  I work full time and I LOVE to dance!  I blog as a hobby and as a means to document my personal journey with multiple sclerosis and hope to help others by sharing how I manage my MS with various lifestyle changes such as diet, activity, self-care and a life with less stress.  

I love to spread positive vibes.  I'm a social butterfly and love spending time with friends and family.  The beach is my happy place and summer is my favorite season!
